Aldridge House
Capacity:
Reception With Patio – accommodates up to 150 guests
ReceptionWithout Patio – accommodates up to 100 guests
Living Room/Dining Room – Accommodates up to 50 for reception or 40 for seated dinner
Conference Room/Sun Room – Accommodates up to 50 for reception or 36 for seated dinner
Standard Reception Furnishings:
10 – 48” round tables
6 – 6' rectangle tables
55 black padded folding chairs
Special arrangements may be made with caterer for other furnishings at additional charge.

Pavilion
Capacity
Reception – accommodates up to 200
Seated Dinner – accommodates up to 150
Seating for Weddings – accommodates up to 150

5 – 60” round tables
4 – 6' rectangle tables
50 – tan metal folding chairs
Special arrangements may be made with caterer for other furnishings at additional charge.
Garden Weddings
Arbor (located between pavilion and house)
Capacity:
Accommodates up to 200.
Seating is allowed in asphalted area for up to 100 chairs
Shade Garden Lawn (located near pavilion)
Capacity:
Accommodates up to 85.
No seating is allowed in grass.
Pavilion
Capacity:
Accommodates up to 200 standing or 150 seated.
Lakeside (located at back of house)
Capacity:
Accommodates up to 200.
Seating is allowed in asphalted area for up to 100 chairs.
Woodland Stream (located at back of house)
Capacity:
Accommodates up to 200.
Seating is allowed in asphalted area for up to 40 chairs.
Patio (located at back of house)
Capacity:
Accommodates up to 50.
Seating is allowed on patio for up to 20 chairs.

SUNDAY – FRIDAY (Up to 3 hours) - $450

Additional Setup Time - $150 per hour per venue

9% sales tax
Security officer is required if event is after hours or if alcohol is served
(currently $30 per hour with a 4 hour minimum)

All rental policies and guidelines apply
Aldridge Botanical Gardens staff member is on duty for all events
Includes all wedding setup time, any special setup, photo session time, ceremony, reception and removal of personal/wedding items.
