Standard Reception Furnishings:
10 – 48” round tables
6 – 6' rectangle tables
55 black padded folding chairs
Special arrangements may be made with caterer for other furnishings at additional charge.

Reception - accommodates up to 200
Seated Dinner – accommodates up to 150
Seating for Weddings or Classroom Style – accommodates up to 150
Standard Reception Furnishings:
5 – 60” round tables
4 – 6' rectangle tables
50 – tan metal folding chairs
Special arrangements may be made with caterer for other furnishings at additional charge.
RENTAL FEES FOR RECEPTIONS

SATURDAY (Up to 3 hours)
House and Pavilion - $1,500
House and Patio - $1,250
Pavilion - $900
SUNDAY – FRIDAY (Up to 3 hours)
House and Pavilion - $1,250

Pavilion - $650
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Additional Setup Time - $150 per hour per venue
10' X 10' Tents - $150 each
Tan Metal Folding Chairs - $1.35
White Wedding Chairs - $2.00 each
9% sales tax
Security officer is required if event is after hours or if alcohol is served
(currently $30 per hour with a 4 hour minimum)
