What a quick, easy and tasty way to bottle the taste of summer gardens to give as gifts, or to enjoy at your own table.  We will make simple herbal vinegars and more complex herb, spice and vegetable vinegars, six recipes of which you may select three to make and take home.  All you need to bring with you is three clean pint canning jars with lids.  If you have herbs in your own garden (sweet basil, purple basil, thyme, oregano, cilantro, rosemary) that you would like to incorporate in your vinegar, bring them along, well washed.  If not, we will provide herbs, vinegar, peppers, dried tomatoes, etc.  You will receive instructions for bottling at home after your vinegars have aged.  Come be creative with us!
