Is there a species of hydrangeas...
Q. Is there a species of hydrangeas that will grow in Southwest Florida?  What is your recommendation?

A. Yes, they will grow. They are very cold hardy. They prefer well-drained soil and in your area will tolerate more sunlight. These plants are throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York. Good luck in finding plants. There are not nearly enough in production.
